beef, thinly sliced 300g
1 ea shiitake mushroom, dried
20 g mini oyster mushroom
1 stem scallion
15g onion
1/10 ea zucchini
15g carrot

[Marinade]
4 tbsp Bulgogi Sauce detail view
2 tsp Soy Sauce for Soup, Chosun
2 cups water

*1 cup = 200mL
Directions
1. Bloom shiitake mushroom in water and slice thinly, julienne onion and carrot, thinly slice zucchini in half moon shape. Mini oyster mushroom in a bite size. Pat dry beef and cut into a bite size.
2. Combine beef, onion, and carrot with Bulgogi sauce and mix well.
3. Once the water boils in a clay hot pot, add marinated beef. When meat is cooked half way, add mushroom, onion, carrot, and zucchini.
4. When all the ingredients are cooked half way, add Soy Sauce for Soup, Chosun and scallion to finish.
