2ea Egg 200mL Water l 2Tbsp Yondu, Light Garnish: 1tsp Celery (small diced) 2~3ea Celery leaf 2~3ea Cocktail shrimp
1. Combine egg, water and Yondu. Whisk them well. Strain with a sieve. 2. Pour the strained egg mix into a desirable container and steam it. 3. When you steam it, cover with a cotton cloth to protect from dripping steam water from the lid. 4. Once it is almost cooked place celery at the center of egg custard. 5. Garnish with celery leaf and cocktail shrimp.
