300g Beef rib 80g Sempio Kalbi Sauce 1/8ea (80g) Red cabbage 1/8ea 1/6ea (40g) Carrot 2cups Sempio apple vinegar 2cups Sugar 1Tbsp Salt 1Tbsp Sesame seed 2heads Lettuce heart
1. Slice red cabbage thinly and julienne carrot. 2. Combine sugar, vinegar and salt into a bowl. Whisk until completely dissolved. 3. Put sliced cabbage and julienned carrot into separate container and pour the vinegar liquid. Leave them in room temperature for 30 minutes. 4. Marinade beef with Sempio Kalbi sauce. Leave them about 30~40 minutes. 5. Heat your pan and cook marinade beef. 6. Place meat on a lettuce heart leaf and garnish with cabbage and carrot pickle. Finish with a pinch of sesame seed.
