220g, flour
60g, kidney bean, boiled
15g, parmesan cheese
30g, cream cheese
90g butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. Sempio Seasoning Sauce
3 tbsp. milk
20g, almonds sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 tbsp. Sempio corn syrup
(egg water: 1/2, egg yolk, 1 tbsp. water)
Directions
1. Mix Seasoning Sauce, milk, corn syrup all together.
2. Add flour and baking powder to (2), and strain them. Pour parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, and kidney beans and make batter.
3. Roll the dough (2) with roller to make the dough 1.5 cm thickness. Cut the dough by triangle shapes.
4. Put the scones in the pan and coat them with egg water. Preheat the oven and put those in the oven and heat it at 200 C.
5. Take out the scones from the oven and coat the upside with egg water once again.
