300g rice cake [ddeok¶±] 20g onion 50g cabbage 30g artificial crabmeat 20g large green onion 1 ea (150g) Topoki Sauce 100ml water
1. If the rice cake is frozen or hard, place in warm water to soften. 2. Cut cabbage and onions diagonally. 3. Cut artificial crabmeat into 2cm lengths. 4. Pour 1/2 cup of water and rice cake into a pot and bring to a boil. 5. Once at a boil, turn down the heat and allow to simmer until rice cake becomes soft. 6. Add Topokki Sauce, and bring to a boil. 7. Stir in onions and cabbage, taking care to prevent ingredients from sticking to the bottom. 8. Mix in artificial crabmeat and a large green onion. Dish is ready to serve once it comes to a boil.
