250g potato, julienned
100g onion, julienned
25g scallion, sliced
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp minced garlic
2g Natural Sea Salt detail view
4g(1/2tbsp) Yondu, Light detail view
Directions
1. Heat grapeseed oil in a frying pan and sautee potato, onion and garlic.
2. When potato is cooked, season with sea salt and Yondu.
3. Garnish with scallion and serve.
