200g pine( songyi) mushrooms, halved and sliced
150g onion, sliced
20g scallion, cut diagonally
2g(1/2tbsp) Natural Sea Salt detail view
4g Yondu, Light detail view
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame salt
Directions
1. Heat grapeseed oil in a frying pan and stir fry pine mushrooms until golden brown.
2. Add onion and garlic and stir fry.
3. When onion is cooked, season with sea salt and Yondu.
4. Garnish with scallion and sesame salt.
