4 cups water 12g Dried Brown Seaweed, soaked for 1 hour in water and squeezed out excess water 1 tsp garlic, minced 2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce for Soup, Chosun (Wheat Free) 8g(1tbsp) Youndoo (Natural Liquid Seasoning-Light) 4.5g sea salt
1. Cut seaweed into 1-inch long slices. 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat and add seaweed. Stir fry a few more minutes. Bring water to a boil and simmer for at least 1hour. 3. Add garlic, Youndoo, soy sauce and sea salt. Simmer for another few minutes. 4. Serve with steamed rice.
