2 oyster mushrooms 35g snow puff mushroom 1 shitake mushroom 50g beef 70g zucchini 100g Tofu 1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper 1/2 stalk spring onion
[Soup] 3 tbsp Sempio Soybean Paste, Premium 1/2 tbsp Sempio Hot Pepper Paste, Classic 1 tbsp Sempio Soup Base, Anchovy & Tangleweed 2 cups of water
1. Slice beef, zucchini, tofu, and mushrooms into bite- size pieces. 2. Thinly slice the peppers and spring onion. Cut up the root of snow puff mushroom and tear them with hands. 3. Blend all the ingredients for soup. Set aside. 4. Stir-fry beef in a saucepan before pouring blended ingredients for soup. Put the sliced vegetables in the soup and bring it to a boil. 5. When zucchini is done, add peppers, spring onion, and snow puff mushrooms on top. 6. Remove from the heat after 1~2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice and side dishes.
