140 g spaghetti
10 prawns
50 g asparagus
50 g oyster mushrooms
1/2 onion
1tablespoon olive oil
A few pieces Italian parsley

[Gochujang Sauce]
1 tbsp Sempio Hot Pepper Paste, Premium detail view
1 tbsp Sempio Soy Sauce 501 detail view
1 tsp Sempio Chili Powder detail view
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sesame
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
1.Clean the prawns. Remove the shells and black line guts.
2.Cut asparagus into 3cm pieces. Tear up oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Thinly slice onion.
3.Cook spaghetti for approximately 10 minutes in lightly salted boiling water. Drain well. Drop a bit of olive oil to coat.
4.Blend all ingredients for Gochujang sauce. Stir well. Set aside.
5.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, prawns, oyster mushrooms, and asparagus. Cook to light brown.
6.Put spaghetti in the skillet and pour Gochujang sauce mixture over. Stir to mix spaghetti and vegetables with the sauce.
7.Remove from the heat. Place the finished product on a serving plate. Garnish with Italian parsley to serve.
