2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless 9 cloves garlic 9 cherry tomatoe 100g green salad 1/2 onion 1 tsp dried parsley salt & pepper to taste
[For Gochujang Marinade] 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Sempio Hot Pepper Paste, Premium salt & pepper to taste
[For Red Wine Vinaigrette] 3 tbsp red wine 2 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 2/3 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt a pinch of pepper
1.Slice onion into ring shapes. Slice tip off the garlic. Thoroughly wash green salad. 2.Blend all the ingredients for Gochujang marinade and red wine vinaigrette respectively. Set aside the two blends. 3.Marinade chicken and cherry tomatoes in the Gochujang marinade. 4.Preheat the grill. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the chicken breasts, garlic, and cherry tomatoes on. Grill the chicken breasts for 8minutes on each side. 5.Put green salad in the middle of the serving plate, grilled chicken breasts on top of the salad. Place the vegetables on the side. 6.Nicely drizzle the red win vinaigrette sauce. Garnish with parsley to serve.
