ingredients
1/4 ea (40g) Beef
(Round or Brisket or Chuck)
4 Onion
1/10 ea (30g) Carrot
45g Bulgogi Sauce
Directions

1. Remove blood of beef by pressing with paper towel. Slice the beef finely.
2. Marinate beef with bulgogi sauce for 30 minutes.

3. Chop onion and carrot.
4. Stir-fry meat, onion and carrot in preheated pan.
