(Spicy Stir-fried Chicken)
 
 
 
ingredients
500g chicken
150g lettuce
50g onion
50g scallion
50g carrot
10g green chili pepper
10g red chili pepper
10ea sesame leaf

[Seasoning]
25g Hot Chili Paste, Classic
20g Red Pepper Powder, Gochugaru
15g minced garlic
15g Soy Sauce 501
15g sugar
15g cooking wine
15g sesame oil
3g Fine Sea Salt
2g black pepper powder
5g ginger
Directions

1. Debone chicken meat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Chop cabbage, onions, carrots and sesame leaves into bite-size pieces. Chop scallion and
    green/red chili peppers on the diagonal.

3. Combine all ingredients of seasoning in a bowl and mix together.
4. Marinate deboned chicken in combined seasoning mix and refrigerate for 3 hours.
(Tip : For a deeper, richer taste, extend marinating time to 12 hours.)

5. Place chicken and chopped vegetable in a pre-heated pan and stir-fry over medium heat
    until chicken is fully cooked.
