                 & Stir-fried Mushrooms¡±
In Korean cuisine, we eat steamed rice with different side dishes, banchan.
Here we suggest you 2 side dishes used by Sempio Seasoning Sauce. 
 You can cook ¡®Braised Quail in Soy Sauce & Stir-fried Mushrooms¡¯ and eat them
 together with steamed rice. If you have soup, it will be perfect meal with Korean style. 
 
Braised Quail in Soy Sauce
200g quail eggs, boiled.
50g Chili pepper
[Seasoning]
1 cup water, 3 tbsp.Sempio Seasoning Sauce
 
Stir-fried Mushroom
100g Oyster mushroom
50g other mushroom (¡°sae song e¡±)
1/4 onion
2 tbsp. Sempio Seasoning Sauce
Pinch sesame seeds
Cooking oil
 
1. Put quail and chili peppers in a pot.
 
2. Add seasoning sauce to a pot and simmer on medium heat.
 
3. Slice oyster mushrooms, and onion thinly.
 
4. Add seasoning sauce to a pot and simmer on medium heat.
