Soybean Paste Rice ball, &¡®DeonJang Jumukbab¡¯ |
Korean dish, ¡®Jumukbab¡¯ or ¡®Kimbab¡¯ are good to pack for lunch. Sempio suggest you
Rice ball seasoned with soy bean paste, called ¡®DeonJang¡¯. Normally Koreans main dish
consists of steamed rice and our traditional Jang can be seasoned with rice. Jang
gives the delicious flavor! Try our recipe for your picnic.

300g steamed rice
50g oyster mushroom
1/8 zucchini
1 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 seaweed toasted |

| 1. Slice oyster mushroom, zucchini, and peppers thinly. |

| 2. Preheat the prying pan and oil, stir fry zucchini, mushroom, red peppers in an order. |

| 3. Mix the bean paste seasoning (2) and steamed rice. |
| |
 |
|
| 4. Shape into triangle type and wrap it with seaweed. |
